Looper is developing a digital circular data platform that transforms how organisations collaborate to identify, evaluate, and implement circular economy opportunities. This platform will revolutionise procurement decision-making by replacing gut feelings with evidence-based analysis, enabling teams to quantify circularity benefits, identify resource optimisation opportunities, and formalise circular procurement proposals with confidence.

The Opportunity
Spending on digital circular-economy platforms is predicted to surge from £1.7bn in 2023 to over £5bn by 2028. Looper is launching first in healthcare, textiles and construction, giving manufacturers rapid, at-scale product-lifecycle modelling. The SaaS model is already piloting with key clients and getting ready to power wider expansion.
Next Steps
Looper will be open to healthcare suppliers straight after Demo Day. Within the CivTech project with NHS Scotland, we’ll keep developing the platform, stress-test and scale the circularity-modelling engine. During the time the platform proves itself in live use, we’ll raise growth capital to drive wider rollout.

Looper is driven by a seasoned, multicultural product trio — management, design and engineering — backed by specialists in life-cycle assessment with agile delivery. Collectively the team has launched SaaS platforms for retailers, construction majors and public-sector healthcare, blending data science and UX craft to turn complex circularity metrics into actionable insight.
